My BP just after coming from office at 8 is around 134/80 In morning before breakfast it was 132/80 In morning after slow running, I checked after 10 minute, it was 118/80 Is this all right I have an Omron Machine which is 6 month old

It is normal,BP is not static,it keeps on changing in the normal range,if it stays beyond 140/90 persistently then need to get medical attention.
