My father is taking half tablet of TRIOLMESAR 20 every morning. But today his BP is coming low 70/100 so can he skip tomorrow's morning dose?

It has 3 medicine combinations for hypertension  normally reserved for high blood pressure. If the bp reading remains in the above range he needs to change the combination.
