Hi my father is a heart patients his blood pressure readings cams as 95/72 is it loo low he is feeling drowsiness since 3 days

2 GMs three times a day common salt for 5 days Then to have electrolytes serum

Yes its too low specially if he is feeling drowsy. Is he on any bp medicines? If yes then stop those medicines, hydrate him well and visit a hospital as soon as possible
