In young age not take BP medications based on couple of readings once used can I stop that is it ok for normol  blood pressure people using BP tablet

Hello, You have to be sure you are hypertensive before starting bp medicines. Get your bp checked by doctor personally if possible. If your bp is normal then no need to start bp medicines but if you are already on bp medicines then you should continue the medicines even if bp is normal
