What should i do right now to bring it down as i cannot get medicine in the middle of night. Please advise so that i can get some sleep. i have already done breathing exercises.

When blood pressure is on high side it doesn't get to normal by self. If you are already talking medicine for BP then you can take one extra whenever you fell your BP is high. Also get a ambulatory BP monitoring done which gives exact status of your BP control.
