Blood presence while coughing. Do we need to worry? She has cough and nose block from 3 days. Whom we should consult?

It's common to have blood streaks during a bout of coughing especially in a dry cough.If the blood is in small amount,you don't need to concerned, will resolve in day or two.However if it's not getting better, consult a physician in your area.
