Blood platelets count around 1.3 lakh.

My platelet count 1year back was around 1.3lakh, they checked for hiv and hepatitis c test and it was negative.Recently i went for regular checkup and still it is around 1.3.I dont have any other symptoms and i consume alcohol once in a while.I talked to doctors they did not look concern about it.Do i need to worry.
