Blood noticed after stool movement

I had covid during 2nd wave and post that I started having stomach pains. It got cured after treatment after couple of months. Recently I had diarrhoea and took medication for the same . Post cute I started experiencing constipation where I was passing hard stools. Yesterday while washing I found slight blood in my hands. Today I noticed a mucus blood clot after washing post stool movement. I have attached the same for reference. Kindly have a look and suggest
