I feel dizzy and keep fainting again and again at times specially while standing and working, it has been suggested previously by general physician that I might have great deficiency of iron and hemoglobin, but he suggested better diet that time because I also have gut problem which results in constipation and he said if I give medicines those might result in more guy problems. I feel that I am anemic and I need help as soon as possible. What should I do ?
