Blood in Saliva and some times in mucous
I have been having a blood in my saliva since 2months but very occasionally, sometimes early in the morning before I go for brushing, some times in the evening after 5-6hrs post lunch, some times when I lift something and overstretch my neck. I have checked with ENT and orthopaedic doctor they clearly said no issues in ent and ortho side. Not able to understand and very much worried, got cbp, rbs, esr and hb1ac all are normal. Please suggest for further diagnosis.
