Thanks for trusting Ayurveda, its unfortunate but what lead this needs to track out, hope ur doing well, till u consult ayurvedic dr or ksharsutra expert or surgeon have lots of warm Buttermilk by adding thyme,cumin seeds curry leaves, apply mix of camper n coconut oil and seat in warm waterbath for 20 min...twice a day. This will work for u n feel free to communicate.

Hi, if you have no diarrhea it could be rectal pathology ie anal fissures , fistula, anal ulcer associated with infection . Per rectal examination is required,consult surgeon.
