There was blood in my stool twice & there is slight pain in the stomach also from last 2 days. kindly suggest what could be the reason & what medication should i take. Also i am feeling slightly more tired & lazy than usual.

Hi, if fresh blood is coming we can think of hemorrhoids (piles). In hemorrhoids mild bleeding will present with pain. If it is clots or black colored stool it is due to bleeding site above the anal region. proctoscopy or colonoscopy is needed for you. take soft diet, drink more water. No need to worry about it. Consult general surgeon for furthur evaluation and treatment
