I find blood in stool now a days. Initially i was finding it less amount of blood but from 2-3 days the quanity has increased. Currently no impacts on health but tiredness comes rarely apart from that i find no changes in my body

First of all reason behind bloody stool should be evaluated. So consult any near by doctor.  Till then u can take 1) Swadista Virechan Churna 1 tsf at night 2) Triphala Guggulu 2-2-2 after food with warm water.
