From last couple of days I have noticed that there is blood in my stool. It could be seen by eyes. I tool few medicine but there was bit relief but again it started . I am dibetic and having hypertension and hai too. I am very much worried. Please tell me how if could be healed.

It may be due to constipation n hard stool Need further discussion for management
