Last two days I found blood during pooping ...I don't find much hard stole now ..once a day back I found hardness but now it's good no constipation ...but when I am going to poop the injured part is getting hurt again and starts bleeding ..is it any sign of disease or just like a cut or injury...I hope I am clear to u ..

From your description, it is a painful bleeding which excludes piles. It looks like a fissure in ano. The type of treatment can be decided after examination.
