Blood in stool 3 times in 2 months and burning sensation in anus, blood is light colour, not dark red or black, I am facing constipation last 4-5 years, it is piles or something else please help

Is there any mucus ( white viscus liquid like nasal discharge) seen with you faeces? Is there any mass coming down ( any features of haemorrhoids ) ?
