Hello sir I've tight poop with blood before two months doctor said fissure in ano and form that iam in diet only veg my weight also losing 10kg in 4months endoscopy done doctor said its normal now again I can see bright red blood drops irritation and slight pain in anus I fear about cancer I've take.n endoscopy without contrast report normal if I have cancer in that report I came to k kw
