I had a bike accident 5 days ago. There are rashes in my left hand and an injury above my left eye and my eye was also injured slightly. 2days ago there was blood in my sputum while clearing my throat in the evening and following two morning the same case appeared. What may be the problem?

Usually facial injuries will lead to bleeding inside the nose and resulting blood collection inside paranasal sinuses. Eventually that blood will be transported back to the throat and will. Come out as clots while coughing. For all practical purposes it is normal after blunt facial injury
