Consult a surgeon.  You may have piles or fissures

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It could be haemorrhoids commonly referred to as piles. For this kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  He will examine you and suggest tests required if any. Have a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

You will need to be examined to rule out haemorrhoids or an anal fissure and if the diagnosis is none of these proctoscopy and some tests will be required
