Hello Dr. I'm a 28yr old man. I'm having some problems such as hair loss and a little of gynecomastia, due to HARMONAL IMBALANCE. But I'm not taking any medications regarding Harmonal imbalance. AM I ELIGIBLE TO DONATE BLOOD ?
