I have donated blood today afternoon my nerve is swelled some and it is paining Can I keep ice cube on it!? Give me some suggestions

Hello, this is vein. Yes you can apply ice cubes in this site. Thrombophobe gel locally two to three times locall apply it will decrease. Tab sigmoflam half tab three times a day for three days after food will resolve your problem. ok.
