Blood donation and Vertigo, dizziness

Hello Doctor, i gave blood donation on feb 13 , 11am.   Thereafter from 12 noon , i am having regular vertigo, giddiness but no body weakness.    As such no health issues. Diet is normal. Course of treatment ?  Thank you

Hello, it is normal so nothing to be worried at all ,drink plenty of water with glucose only.
