Sir...it's 4 months ago happens and i have panic attack issue i remember recently...sir i am student and I go to Kolkata..for exam and. It's rainy time .and my whole clothes are...Wet so...i book a hotel near sealdah station..and . basically i open cloth and hang to dry ..bcz 11am my exam .and I slept bcz whole night not slept..and...After wake up i see blanket a dry blood strain...and i have circumcised penis. And before that day .i masterbating and .penis head little...cut cut..red red feels ..and i feel somehow...it's touch my there.. infection happens m..also..i have little back acne...which is also..bust .and little bleeding..and if this blood are dry.. infection happens to me.

Hello first of all, CALM DOWN. There is nothing to worry here. HIV and Hep B do not survive that long in dried blood and chance of their transmission via a dried blood spot is almost negligble.
