Blood components and endometriosis

After going through a health checkup , reports are all normal except this blood components imbalance and endometriosis thickness of 10mm , while checkup was done during the 7th day of periods. In blood eosinophills count is 12 (normal range 1-6) Can someone advice whom do i consult , also if this is very severe

Et of 10 on day 7 .. need more details.. are u on any hormonal treatment.. any heavy bleeding..?? Eosinophils raise may be due to some allergy component.. u may need antihistamines treatment
