Blood coming from resutured wound.
She gave birth to a girl through surgery and wound was infected so resuturing was done 3 days back. When doctor pressed it hardly blood is coming through the stiches while dressing. She only advised to sleep in reverse position. What should I do? Should I change patient from govt (ESI DELHI) to private.?
Pl help. I am hopeless.

Take Tablet Taxim o 200 mg twice a day for 5 days
Take Tablet Emanzen D twice a day for 5 days
Next Steps
It is only day 3 and stitches are still in place. Do dressing twice daily with T bact ointment after pressing and cleaning with spirit and betadine

It will definitely heal if sleeps on reverse / prone position so that all the collected blood inside the wound gets drained by gravity

This is a minor skin problem the major surgery of Caesarean has been all good.

If it’s only blood you need not worry,it will heal , as you said resuturing was also done ..course of antibiotics with chymerol forte and vit c should be given..

Take boiled egg daily and protein powder in glass of milk..it helps in healing fast .
