Hello. If there is a haematoma in your Hip are due to a Trauma, you can apply ointment. Thrombophob,  topically twice a day thoroughlly. For Pain & swelling,  you can have Tab. Flexon MR,  one tablet as required. If there is a wound,  May be antibiotic is required. If you want,  you can have an opinion from a General surgeon about this. Cause wound is not visible to me.
