Blood clot overnight

I just noticed a red blood clot (or red patch) in the white area of my eye that appeared overnight. There’s no pain but a very little vision problem right now, but I’m a bit worried. Could you please tell me if this is a cause for concern or if it’s something normal that will go away on its own?

Hello mam, Monitor your Blood pressure and vision. As long as vision and blood pressure are normal nothing to worry. It will resolve in a week. If vision is decreased or if the size of blood clot increases, consult an eye doctor

It looks like subconjunctival hemorrhage. Can use eye drop Neph-M thrice a day to reduce redness. Also you should monitor your BP. Usually it resolves on its own in 7-10 days If the hemorrhage increases in size- consult your ophthalmologist
Next Steps
If the hemorrhage increases in size- consult your ophthalmologist

Most of the times it goes away on its own . But you are complaining of vision problem too , for that you should consult an ophthalmologist. These clots are generally caused by positive valsalva (which can be due to sneezing or coughing.) or high blood pressure.
Next Steps
Check your blood pressure.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weights.
