Blood clot or black inflamed skin

Their is a blood clot or black inflammation in my upper mouth.Its very painful while eating or swallowing saliva.its not because or eating hot food or spicy food because it has increased slightly from first day.i am using dolo gel but just effective for few minutes.i have no pain in my teeth.i don't drink or smoke.

It is caused due to trauma. Continue dologel for a few days. Avoid hot and spicy food. Have curd, banana and other soothing food like cold milk.

Did u get any trauma/hurt in that region? It's good u r already avoiding spicy n hot food. But it would be better if u could consult an oral surgeon at d earliest

Kindly treat this as urgent and see a dentist in person,also avoid hot spicy n sharp  foods for few days.

Try to avoid hot and spicy food. Try to intake cold and soft things fr one month. Intake of green vegetables and start taking b compkex medicine once a day
