Hello, Today while walking on the road my food hit a small iron object, it pained at that time not severe just medium, there was no bleeding outside I am having a small round black spot there now, looks I had some internal bleeding but it didnt came out. Image is also attached What to do, just mild pain now Is it dangerous ??
