This is the report of my mom plz reply which is best for her. I admitted my mom in hospital and doctors are suggesting for surgery Plz help to take the valuable decision regarding this Is this gud to do operation or will it be cure by medicine Plz help me as soon as possible

Best advised is to follow surgeron.  It managed with medicine but has high mortality risk.
