Blood clots during periods only mean that you are having excessive bleeding during periods. Please get your CBC, Coagulation profile and Sonography of the lower abdomen and consult a Gynaecologist with the report.

Blood clots during period is not normal. You need ultrasound scan and other blood  test to know the reason. Consult please.
