Hi I have been having fever like symptoms but no temp .fatigue,body aches,shortness of breath.upper back pain middle back pain severe in morning after few stretches it's becoming normal but again if I try to stretch the back iam feeling pain in the upper middle back and front chest.no cold or cough done cbp,crp,lft,lipid,vit b12,nt pro bnp ,serum creatinine serum uric acidthyroid all are normal vit d3 15.5 esr 28 I am vit d supplements .this is happening since aug still no change in symptoms At night I am feeling too much sick no cold or cough but all other fever symptoms.am 27 f .is it due to blood cancer or something???am worried a lot

Check your temp with thermometer.Any history of weight loss. Share your reports including peripheral blood smear and ESR. Take online consultation for further advise.

First measure your temperature...dont worry about blood cancer...but yes if you are having fever..we have to rule out other cause of fever..physicians consultation needed

As u have been stated that ur all parameter of blood reports r with in normal limits then how & why u r worry about any diseas like blood cancer etc. Further why r u taking Vit D supplement in  age of 27 yrs. U divert ur mind from the symptoms stated by u and think positive w,hich will more helpful for u even after this if symptoms persists than u have to needed evaluate ,

Maybe your water intake is very less and your body is dehydrated that is the reason you are feeling feverish and all pains.. minimum should be 3 litres per day.. make sure your body is well hydrated.. check your thyroid profile also.. vit d medicine complete the course.
