You seem to be having mild swelling of the turbinates of the nose.. That is why it increases when you lie down.. They blood flow to the nose increases in lying down position causing increase in swelling and decreases wen you stand.. It is not a very worrisome thing.. Steam inhalation will help you to reduce your symptoms
