My boyfriend suffers from terrible sinuses. It is always blocked and it's super puffy around his cheeks, he also speaks with a very nasally sound and snores really badly. He surfs so he is always in the water. He has to breath through his mouth 90% of the time. This has been a problem for years now. He does not have the funds for any major surgery but if someone can recommend something that might be a permanent or semi temporary solution i would really appreciate it. have tried a home remedies

As per your description he might have nasal polyps..it could be allergic or fungal.. need to be evaluated properly.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
