My son is 10 years. Has blocked nose. Gave Azithrol 200 syrup for 3 days. Then started relent plus for 5 days 5.ml twice but still no much difference. He is not having cold only nose blocked. Now doc has suggested nirvana 250 syrup 10 ml twice. Is it safe
