I have been suffering block nose and discharge of greenish water from right nose from long time. I have taken anti allergic medicines like citragen but it still persists.

It looks like a chronic sinusitis probably fungal origin you need to be further evaluated with the CT scan and nasal endoscopy. Please visit an ENT Surgeon for further evaluation. Until then you can use any Celine nasal spray to clean your nasal cavity
