I've had a blocked nose for the last 3 weeks. Not on any medication. Just recovered from a flu. Can you please help?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There are two ways you can take care of this issue. Take steam inhalations thrice a day with some vicks in it. or you can use some nasal spray . xylomist nasal spray whenever you feel nasal congestion. even if you choose to use the medicines, do take steam inhalations , it will be good.
