Do we really need to use nasal drops for blocked nose fr 3 years old? Or will d blocked nose vl b OK after some days by itself?

Usually nose block in children is secondary to acute viral infections such as rhinitis. Decongestant nasal drops are usually avoided and you can try using saline nasal drops available in pharmacy which is safe in children
