8 year old son Has blocked and slightly running nose from 1 week. No fever.. No chest cough.. have given nasal drops morning and evening 2 drops each nostril...but no improvement.

You can use saline nasal drops ( not medicine nasal drops) mor frequently. Also if cold is more you can give antihistamines like cetrizin.
