Blocked left nose stuffy ear

I was tested positive for Covid and once it was recovered since I am feeling stuffy ear and blocked nose. I have been prescribed with alerfix total, lone o capsule and zurofix with a sprey for 14 days and it is still the same just a little improvement is shown. Please let me know what can be done? Also my taste is 60% recovered but how much time does it take to recover completely as covid was detected on 12th April. Can you please suggest something which can help me?

It can take a few months for post covid symptoms to go away completely ... Also important to know is ur personal history ... If u have any comorbidity ? ... As per the medication u r using seems okay ... Try steam inhalation and breathing exercises ... In case u develop facial pain, heavyness, retroorbital pain , facial swelling plz see an ent specialist asap
