Blocked fallopian tube PCOS

I am married for 4 yrs , trying to conceive since then. I have PCOS (since 2010, irregular periods) and hypothyroidism (since 2006, present dosage is 62.5 mg). I did HSG tests twice in December 2017 and March 2018 (on both occasions there was no spill on both sides meaning blockage in the tubes). Then I underwent hysterolaproscopy in April 2018 by which the left side block of my fallopian tube was drilled and cleared.my iui attempt in this July (which was done after taking pills for egg growth and the left side egg was ruptured) failed . This month we tried for natural pregnancy, but got my pds today (29th day of my cycle).I now intend to confirm if my left fallopian tube is indeed open by another HSG test on 7th day of my pds. Will the HSG test show right result as I am doing it after 4months of my laproscopy?can I do iui if the HSG test confirms no blockage in left tube?
