Hi from last two months I fell that my stomach is getting larger..where as other body parts are slim.its just like my stomach is full of air I couldn't see any fat .I don't know what's going it seems like pregnant but I took blood test and it shows I am not .plz help me I looks so odd I am just 22 years.where as my weight doesn't change
Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Avoid outside food completely. Avoid junk and fast food completely. Avoid potato, cabbage, radish completely.
