I am in the 4th month of pregnancy but i get severe bloating sometimes and vomit also. Is it normal because i have heard that nausea and vomit goes away after 3 months. Sometimes the bloating is so much that i vomit twice but it happens rarely. I take aciloc also

Nausea and vomiting not necessarily go away by 3 months they may continue all the 9 months have small frequent meals walk after each meal avoid spicy and fried food
