Bloated Stomach  not feel like eating

From few days i had fever after that my stomach started getting bloat and pain also not feel like eating anything little little pain is there in stomach while pressing stomach acidic feeling.

This may be sign of Intestinal Infection including Possibility of TYPHOID fever. Usually these problems can very well treated
