Blinking in Upper Eyelid of left Eye.

I am feeling blinking in Upper Eyelid of left Eye from 1 week. I have vision site of - 2 sph in right eye and - 1.5 SPH in left Eye. Also some time in a day 1 am feeling heavy headed ness.. Could you please let me know the reason, I guess it is due to change in eye site??
