Your symptoms are suggestive of blepharitis Try A.warm Compresses followed by lid massage C.  Lid scrub with baby shampoo D.  Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins E.  Use lubrucating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
