Blepharitis triphala gritham

Hi I am suffering from blepharitis from last 6 months so went to ayurvedic doc,he suggested to have triphala gritham ghee twice a day morning and evening oral as well as drop by diluting it in eye but when I applied it as it is with out diluting on eye I got severe burning sensation is it dangerous will this problem (blepharitis)go away if I use it on by oral with out putting in eye please help

Triphala grita internal use is ok.Tharpana, jalookavacharana,eye wash, scales removal pro.cedures are  more important in blebharitis. History has to be evaluated. History of psoriasis ,seborrheic dermatitis , dandruff , infection etc should be checked.
