I'm 20 weeks pregnant and everything has seemed fine so far but today I maturbated and when I took my fingers out they had blood on them

U must have ruptured some thing blood vessels ,wait and watch ,if the bleeding continues u would need to get an ultrasound done to confirm for the cause .
