I have a problem of bleeding when passing hard stool. I took colonoscopy recently ,report  reveals piles in the rectum. My question is that is how to treat constipation.

Bleeding is because of haemorrhoids .. u should some surgeon nearby and start taking treatment under guidance for constipation also !
