Hi, during my pregnancy I was diagnosed with 2 fibroids. I delivered my baby during may-mid of 2022( fibroids were not removed) . My postpartum bleeding stopped within 10days and I was cleared as good during my 1 month postpartum chkup. I am not exclusively breastfeeding my baby , he is on formula. My periods already started. I got my july periods on time that is 10th and it carried till 16th , after which bleeding stopped. Recently again on 23rd a bit of spotting started and is still getting carried till now that is 26th July. 25th july night I got a bit heavy bleeding. But again it got lessened. There is no clot and only spotting, soaking kind of only  half a pad during the whole day. I don't have any other symptoms like pain or anything. During this 23rd to 26th I had to do some household strenuous activities . Should I be worried? I have to travel outstation next week positively, so would be very helpful if I get some suggestion.
